Returns + Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an item is shipped, we do not accept any returns or exchanges except in the instance of damage or defect. Please contact us if you are in need of assistance with an order you have already recieved.

Warranty

We ourselves are not jewelers or manufacturers so we are unable to perform any in-house repairs.

Each one of the brands we carry offers a warranty for their designs, for either repair or replacement if your item is damaged or defective.

These warranties do not cover user error or loss.

Timeframe for repairs/replacements vary by brand and may range anywhere from 2-18 weeks. Please contact us directly for brand specific information.

Shipping

Sweet Leaf does not currently offer shipping outside of the U.S.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and displayed with your final total.

Sizing

Body jewelry is not 'one size fits all'.

Every body is unique so with that in mind, our pieces are offered in a wide variety of lengths, gauges, and diameters.

To avoid an incorrect purchase we highly recommend being sized in person by a reputable piercer near you to ensure the best fit!
